Full height front elevation extension to existing 4 storey building including basement. The proposal allowed for structural internal and external alterations providing 3 additional flats (5 in total) and extended commercial premises.
AS Studio in conjunction with Salisbury Jones Planning prepared a successful planning package of drawings and CGIs for the above proposed works.
A separate successful planning permission was also secured by AS Studio for alterations to the shop front of the ground floor commercial unit.
Following granting of planning, AS Studio prepared tender package of drawings and assisted the client with selecting and appointing a contractor on the project.
We were also involved with the site supervision, selecting of materials, selecting and appointing professional consultants and assisting the client with the upgrade of utility services to the newly extended building.
