The property was purchased by our client with the benefit of a planning consent for the conversion of the existing pub into studio flats and commercial unit. 

AS Studio managed to enhance the existing planning permission allowing for a significant increase in the gross internal area of the residential units.
 

PPM Planning Ltd assisted with the planning process whilst AS Studio was involved with the production of all planning, tender and construction drawings, the discharge of planning conditions, selection of professional team, running the tender process and appointment of a main contractor, interior design including production of high quality CGIs for marketing purposes, selection and procurement of materials and furniture, site supervision and project management to include valuations and certification of completed works until full practical completion and handover.

 

This project has proven truly successful with our client benefitting from investment returns significantly exceeding his initial expectations.
