Demolition of rear garage and erection of new build 4 x bedroom house including basement. Full refurbishment of existing main building including structural layout alterations of upper flats and commercial units at ground/basement floor level.
AS Studio re-instated and improved a previous expired planning permission obtained in the past by AS Studio. Unlike the expired planning permission the new consent also dealt with a significant improvement and optimization of the space within the existing building to include 3 x residential flats and 2 x commercial units (shops).
A full tender drawings package was prepared and all planning conditions related to the commencement of the works on site were discharged.
JB Planning Ltd assisted as a consultant during part of the planning phase of the project.
At present the project is awaiting instruction by the client to issue tender package to contractors for pricing.
