Conversion of existing hotel into 7 residential flats and 1 house.
AS Studio dealt with amending an existing planning approval which the project benefited from at the time of purchase by our client. The original scheme was significantly improved to provide a selection of luxury apartments and a coach house.
AS Studio’s involvement included dealing with the preparation of planning drawings packages with the assistance of RPS Group PLC who dealt with submission and liaising with planning authority until granting planning authority until granting of permission on the proposed changes.
AS Studio was then appointed for the production of tender and construction drawings as well as site supervision and project administration to include monthly valuations of contractor’s works, assistance with sourcing of materials, dealing with service companies until full sign off and hand over to client.
Upon completion of the works, AS Studio produced high quality CGIs for marketing purposes.
