Description:

Demolition of existing garage and erection of a two-storey residential house.

AS Studio took over an existing planning permission secured by its predecessor *ASTS Ltd.

​

​

Full tender and construction drawings were produced for this project with AS Studio being responsible for the site supervision, project administration, valuation of works, sourcing of materials, interior and bespoke furniture design.

​*ASTS Ltd was a partnership company established and owned by Mr Achikam Surkis and Ms Tamar Segalis which traded until 2006 when Ms Tamar Segalis left the UK and moved permanently to Israel. ASTS Ltd was then closed down and AS Studio Ltd was established by Mr Achikam Surkis.
