Preparation of comprehensive planning package and CGIs in support of a successful planning application for additions and alterations to existing dwelling house to include basement extension, installation of rooflights, demolition and re-building of the ground and first floor extensions to the rear of the house.

The planning process was in conjunction with Salisbury Jones Planning who dealt with all correspondence with the Local Planning Authority to include the submission of the application and all supporting documents prepared by AS Studio.

Upon granting of planning permission, the clients sold the property with the benefit of the unexpired permission.
