Description:

Alterations to existing residential dwelling house to provide changes to the facade, provision of a new basement, provision of a single storey side extension, single storey rear extension, and first floor rear extension.

AS Studio in conjunction with Iceni Projects (Planning Consultancy) developed a successful planning package for the above scheme. Due to the complexity of the proposal, the planning process took us through numerous changes to the original drawings package with the addition of more drawings and high quality CGIs.

Planning for the above scheme was granted in 2017.
